Today I’m focused on encouraging everyone to eat as healthy as possible! If you read my Mentor InSight Story you’ll know why though to spare you the time to look it up, here’s why. My beloved husband and soulmate for 27 years passed away this past May of cardiovascular disease. I’ve talked to many doctors and it’s possible Hans eating preferences played a role in his health leading to his passing away. Specifically I’m referring to Hans’s love of fast food! Studies have proven that a diet void of process foods is much healthier.

When I was growing up in the 1960s we all ate so much healthier because process foods were just becoming the norm. Everyone still cooked their meals and made eating time a family time where we would all get together and share how are day was going.

Today it’s quite different where we are so absorbed in our screens while we gobble down what is ready the fastest.

I’m on a mission to heal the world and inspire people to adopt a healthier lifestyle, especially the entrepreneurs that I coach!

So one of the best ways to have a much healthier lifestyle is to stock your kitchen up with Natural Products. If it’s grown in the ground or a tree then you know you are on the right track.

My friend Nicole Landers started a non-profit called Community Healing Gardens and you should really check it out! She is getting rid of “food deserts by encouraging students in urban neighborhoods where fresh food and produce is rare to grow their own urban gardens! It’s a truly beautiful thing what is going on with #CommunityHealingGardens.

I have another friend Lee Wallach who has a neighborhood public market that he started that I know he enjoys being a part of.

And then there is my friend Ryland Engelhart who co-owns Café Gratitude. It’s trully my favorite place to eat and you it’s absolutely delicious.

So if you like to dine-out and you are near Silver Lake and want to get a fresh dose of healthy natural products for dinner then stop in at my friend Moby‘s little pine for a truly great treat!

If you want to order in natural products right to your doorstep then I suggest you check out my friends commpany Gunnar Lovelace and Jeremiah McElwee from Thrive Market! I remember when Gunnar first started the company and it was always all about doing GOOD vs. making a lot of money. Some people may think they can’t afford to use natural products though the truth is they absolutely can with a membership to Thrive Market!

And if you really want to have fun with many options of food and beverages that are all natural then look no further than a trip to your neighborhood Whole Foods Market. I sometimes go to Whole Foods twice a day, I just can’t keep away. There is nothing more fun for me than on a day I have to work around the clock to have a refrigerator and counter fill of great natural product options from Whole Foods!

If you aren’t sure what Natural Products to get then just go to the store and get one of Maranda Pleasant‘s magazines!

And if you are contemplating going Vegan and you are worried about giving up seafood than just run out and get Marci Zaroff‘s “Good Catch Foods.”

So that is my suggestions on the day that I’m launching my Mentor InSight Natural Products Blog! Until next time, remember when you eat natural foods today you may just keep the doctor away!
